Dispatch
Each item is printed to order and then handed to the courier. Etsy shows the estimated dispatch and delivery dates on each listing and at checkout, and emails you when your order is on its way.
Where we post
Etsy shows at checkout whether we can deliver to your address and what it costs. If you're unsure, email hello@propercanny.co.uk before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can.

The figure Etsy shows at checkout is the one you pay; if it differs from this table, checkout is right. Prices are in pounds sterling.
Returns
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in their original condition; contact us through Etsy first and we'll explain where to send it. Personalised items can't be returned unless they're faulty, because nobody else can use them.
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, tell us, with a photo if you can, and we'll replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling
Because each item goes to print soon after you order, an order can only be cancelled before production starts. Message us through Etsy as soon as possible and we'll stop it if we can.
